Neil Jacobs left Six Senses in mid-2025 after 13 years and started an advisory firm, Wild Origins, weeks later. Now, a little over a year in, he’s stepping back from it to run a new hotel operating company instead.
Constellation Hotels, the Luxembourg-based investment group that owns The Connaught, The Berkeley, and The Emory in London, named Jacobs on September 2 as CEO of that new business.
Jacobs’ firm will run those three hotels plus a pipeline that includes a hotel in the Saint-Germain district of Paris, a development in Marrakech, and Hackwood Park, a country estate in Hampshire. A name for the “collection” is due to be unveiled later this year.
The unifying idea is to layer “lifestyle” (the bars, restaurants and social energy that draw locals as well as guests) on top of ultra-luxury service.
