FENIX360 Takes “Streaming Reimagined” Around the World in a Bold Challenge to the Music Industry
Music, Tech, Television

Something unusual is happening in the music business this week. While much of the industry remains focused on bigger catalogs, bigger streaming numbers and bigger audiences, FENIX360 is concentrating on the person who can sometimes get lost in all that scale: the artist.

The Singapore-headquartered creator platform has launched “Streaming Reimagined,” a worldwide initiative built around a deceptively simple proposition — if artists create the music, attract the fans and generate the engagement, they should have far more opportunities to participate in the revenue that follows.

FENIX360 is taking that message well beyond the traditional technology launch. Over the course of several days, the company is connecting music, entertainment and technology across continents, beginning with events in New York and Mumbai before expanding into a coordinated international showcase involving artists in 13 countries.

Times Square Becomes the Starting Line

The global campaign got underway August 25 in the center of New York City, where FENIX360 partnered with Wonderama for the inaugural Wonder Games in Times Square.

Hosted by David Osmond alongside actress and social media creator McKenzi Brooke, the event brought together live performances, esports, creators and entertainment beneath the enormous digital screens of Times Square.

It was a colorful public introduction to a much larger undertaking.

While the New York celebration was unfolding, FENIX360 was simultaneously making an important move in one of the world’s biggest music markets.

At the All About Music conference in Mumbai, FENIX360 and Gaana revealed the next phase of their partnership, previewing a new in-app artist social feed and direct-to-fan monetization features expected to roll out more fully during the fourth quarter of 2026.

The collaboration could give artists using FENIX360’s technology exposure to Gaana’s reported audience of more than 40 million monthly visitors, with content spanning more than 20 regional languages.

For FENIX360, though, reaching millions of people is only the beginning.

The company’s real focus is what happens economically after an artist reaches them.

Rethinking What a Stream Is Worth

Streaming changed the music industry by making global distribution almost effortless. What it hasn’t solved is the financial struggle facing a huge percentage of working musicians.

Artists can generate impressive numbers of streams while receiving only fractions of a cent for individual plays. The result is a digital economy capable of creating enormous consumption without necessarily creating sustainable careers for the people supplying the music.

Allan Klepfisz, Founder, Chairman and CEO of FENIX360, believes creators have accepted that arrangement for far too long.

“Empowering artists with disruptive technology is long overdue,” Klepfisz said. “Creators have been told that a fraction of a cent per stream is the best the industry can do, which is not true. We are cutting out the middlemen to level the playing field for creative artists. It is time for the creators to own their own distribution.”

FENIX360’s response is not simply to create another streaming destination. The company is developing a broader creator ecosystem in which streaming becomes one piece of an artist’s business rather than the entire economic model.

The standalone FENIX360 platform says it returns 70% or more of revenue to artists, including advertising revenue, while providing creators with multiple ways to monetize their audiences.

Those opportunities include streaming, advertising, subscriptions, merchandise, event tickets, commerce, collectibles, NFTs and private sessions.

The strategy is essentially to transform fans from anonymous streaming statistics into direct relationships that artists can build, understand and monetize.

Giving Independent Artists Major-League Tools

FENIX360 is also addressing another reality of today’s music industry: artists increasingly have to run businesses as well as create music.

The platform incorporates custom apps and website-building capabilities, geo-targeted fan notifications, centralized social-media management and technology supporting marketing, touring and audience development.

Artificial intelligence is becoming another major part of that infrastructure.

The company’s patent-pending technology portfolio includes AI4AI, GigBooker, Harmony AI, InstApp, TourBooker and RPM, a collection of systems designed to support different aspects of an artist’s professional life.

Taken together, the tools reflect FENIX360’s broader ambition to give independent creators access to capabilities that once required teams of managers, marketers, developers and other industry professionals.

The World Joins In on August 27

The next phase of “Streaming Reimagined” arrives August 27, when FENIX360 turns its launch into an international entertainment event connecting artists across 13 countries.

The global showcase stretches through Mumbai, New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, Munich, Tokyo, Rome, Melbourne, Singapore, Sweden, Jamaica, Costa Rica and Zimbabwe.

Among the featured artists will be three-time Grammy Award-winning composer Ricky Kej, who will participate with a special video and song release.

The international footprint is an important part of the FENIX360 story. Digital platforms have eliminated many of the geographical barriers that once determined which artists could realistically reach international audiences. FENIX360 is attempting to apply the same borderless philosophy to the business infrastructure behind those artists.

Using the Global Spotlight for Something More

“Streaming Reimagined” also has a charitable mission.

The August 27 broadcast will encourage donations benefiting Teen Cancer America, founded by Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend of The Who, together with Creative Visions and Share and Care.

That commitment will continue August 31 with the introduction of the FENIX360 Artist Trust, chaired by internationally renowned concert promoter Harvey Goldsmith CBE.

Goldsmith’s career includes some of the most significant events in modern live entertainment, including Live Aid. The Artist Trust will be dedicated to supporting creators while also contributing to charitable causes.

It’s a fitting extension of FENIX360’s central message: technology should create more value for the people and communities surrounding the creative process, not simply for the platforms distributing the content.

From Startup to Global Player

The company is already planning well beyond its August launch.

FENIX360 is preparing a wider rollout throughout the United States, United Kingdom and Europe, with additional international distribution partnerships under development.

The company says its community now includes more than 7,000 artist ambassadors, while a NASDAQ listing is being targeted for 2027.

It’s an aggressive roadmap, particularly in a music technology market populated by some of the largest corporations in the world.

But FENIX360 isn’t trying to win by becoming another version of the platforms that already dominate streaming.

Its wager is that artists increasingly want something those platforms were never designed to provide: a greater stake in the entire economy surrounding their creativity.

Streaming may have democratized distribution, but distribution is only one part of building a career.

Artists still need to find fans, communicate with them, sell tickets, market performances, move merchandise, create exclusive experiences and turn attention into sustainable income.

FENIX360 wants all of those things to happen within a creator-first ecosystem — with artists retaining a much larger share of the value.

That’s what makes “Streaming Reimagined” more than a catchy campaign name.

It’s a challenge to one of the basic assumptions of the streaming era: that enormous audiences and tiny payouts simply have to coexist.

FENIX360 thinks there’s another way.

And this week, from the lights of Times Square to Mumbai and across 13 countries around the globe, it’s setting out to prove it.
