Season 42 of Jeopardy! has come to an end, but that doesn’t mean the show is completely off for the summer. The game show revealed its summer rerun schedule on Instagram before Season 43 starts.
Two-day champion Matthew Riggle will not be back on Jeopardy! fans screens until mid-September, most likely the 14th. He has a two-day total of $64,400. Fans can watch his past two games on Hulu and Peacock if they missed them. For now, fans will have to deal with reruns of this seasons’ tournaments.
As for summer reruns, which start on Monday, July 27, Jeopardy! fans will get to watch the 2026 Champions Wildcard Tournament (CWC), which kicked off the year. Cameron Berry went on to win the tournament against Stella Trout and Jonathan Hugendubler and advanced to the Tournament of Champions (TOC). Do not confuse this with the upcoming TOC, which will most likely air in early 2027.
After three weeks of the CWC, the TOC kicks off on August 10. The TOC ended with Paolo Pasco winning. He took home $250,000 and a spot on Jeopardy! Masters after playing against Scott Riccardi and TJ Fisher.
When the TOC ends, the Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament (JIT) begins on August 31. The two weeks of competition go until September 9 (and yes, there will still be a JIT rerun on Labor Day, September 7).
Andrew He won the JIT and took home $150,000 and a spot on Jeopardy! Masters. He faced off against Roger Craig and Long Nguyen.
September 10 and 11 do not have episodes listed, but they are typically producers’ picks. Usually, it is an exciting game from that season and then the season finale. That lines up perfectly for a return on Monday, September 14, for a new season.
However, if you aren’t a fan who loves watching reruns and wants new Jeopardy! content, you’re in luck. The new spinoff, ESPN Jeopardy!, hosted by Joe Buck, kicks off on Friday, July 31 on Disney+, Hulu, and the ESPN app.
Then, on August 25, Ken Jennings returns to host Jeopardy! Masters. The tournament kicks off with an all-new season. It will air Tuesdays through Fridays until September 8, when the winner is crowned. Fans will see both He and Pasco back for that tournament.
Masters will air on ABC at 8/7c and stream on Hulu, so don’t check your regular Jeopardy! channel or time, unless it’s usually ABC.
