Hannah Harper is keeping busy after winning American Idol in May. She’s currently on a summer tour and is continuing to hit new career milestones, including a moment on July 18 that she shared on Facebook.

The singer played her first concert in an arena and shared footage of herself taking the stage at the show. “First arena yall,” she captioned the video, along with crying emojis and a red heart emoji.

The comments section was filled with supportive messages from fans, including some who actually got to see the show in person. “You did amazing! My husband and I were there for an anniversary trip and to see you! It was great,” someone wrote. Another added, “So glad my daughter and I got to come!!”

Others expressed excitement over Harper’s big moment and assured her it won’t be her last arena show. “Congratulations!!!! I’m so happy for you. Its only just begun!!!!” a commenter wrote, while someone else chimed in to say, “How exciting to watch your journey! Congratulations.” Another added, “This is sooo amazing and so exciting!!”

The event took place at the KFC Yum! Centre in Louisville, Kentucky. Dan + Shay and Bailey Zimmerman were the headlining acts. In addition to Harper, other support artists included Gabby Barrett, Richard Page, John Elefante, and Richard Marx.

Things won’t be slowing down for Harper over the next several months, as she has tour dates lasting all the way until mid-November. She’ll be opening for Brad Paisley and Lauren Alaina during some shows of their respective tours, while also playing at festivals and headlining her own concerts throughout the run.

Harper has her husband, Devon Mendenhall, and their three kids on the road with her, in addition to her band, which includes some family members. Her parents are also in on the fun as the drivers of her tour bus.
