Elle sees Lexi Minetree step into the shoes originated onscreen by Reese Witherspoon, as she leads the show in her role as Elle Woods. What is Elle about?
Elle follows Elle Woods before she was a fish-out-of-water at Harvard, kicking off in 1995 as she navigates the choppy waters of high school, where she encounters tricky friendships, forbidden romance, and questionable fashion choices. Through it all, Elle leans on her family as a touchstone, forming a tighter bond with her mother, proving that they can get through any obstacles life throws their way. As teased in the first-look above, the show will chronicle the move of Elle from her sunny life in California as she and her family move to Seattle, Washington.

Elle is created by Laura Kittrell, who co-showruns the series with Caroline Dries. they both serve as executive producers with Reese Witherspoon, Lauren Neustadter, Amanda Brown, and Marc Platt. Meanwhile, Jason Moore directed the first two episodes of Season 1 and serves as an executive producer. Bryan J. Raber and Asmita Paranjape serve as producers on the show, and Josie Craven and Jen Regan are supervising producers.
