It’s not just World Cup tickets that are seeing eye-popping prices — transit to stadiums is also getting expensive.

A round-trip train ticket from New York’s Pennsylvania Station to MetLife Stadium for World Cup games will cost $150, according to a Friday news release the World Cup’s New York New Jersey Host Committee. The trip typically costs $12.90.

The transportation plan limits 40,000 rail tickets for each match, with the remaining 38,000 anticipated spectators expected to use a mix of buses, ridehailing services, permitted vehicles, and limited parking.
