Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort: The property’s Rest & Recovery program welcomes guests to work with the Sensei team to analyze their current physical and mental state and learn stress management techniques and rest practices. Using historical and real-time data, each guest’s Sensei Guide will help interpret sleep quality, blood pressure and more, and will support with private sessions including Sleep 1:1, in which the guest’s body’s stress responses are analyzed and they are led through gentle cognitive exercises to help learn to manage stress and induce relaxation.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane: This year, the Spa is offering a number of sleep-focused treatments including the Four Seasons Signature Deep Sleep Lavender Massage which uses rejuvenating acupressure to induce a deep slumber, the Jet Leg Revival Massage, and the Heat Experience, where guests can unwind by using the eucalyptus steam room, Himalayan salt wall sauna, and 32 degrees C vitality pool. Guests can also opt for a custom sleep-set in-room, including sleep spray for pillows, adjusting the temperature for the perfect sleep, and creating a digital-detox environment including a “black out” on all device lights.
