Motez offers a gorgeous, reflective soundscape with his latest single, “Give Me Space” featuring The Kite String Tangle.
The track’s title is reiterated in the production, not only by the lyrical performance but through the actual space Motez carves out with lush, at times shining synths, delicate percussion and reverberant overdrive. “Give Me Space” dazzles with deep, emotional energy we can all certainly relate to following a year of unavoidable social distance — and it’s danceable as can be, providing a much needed release.

I draw most of my inspiration from real life events, and last year was rich with them. Sometimes we cannot control how and when space is forced upon us, but we can control what to do with it. This song is the result of that.
The track follows up “Andes,” the producer’s first release of 2021 — and if dropping two tracks in one month is any indication, Motez is on pace for a big year.
