
ITC Hotels signed 28 hotels in 2025, adding nearly 2,800 keys to its portfolio. This was 26% more than its signings in 2024, the company said Tuesday while releasing its financial results for the October-December quarter.
It said that during the quarter, the company’s operational portfolio crossed 150 hotels consisting of over 14,000 rooms.
As part of what it calls its “asset-right” strategy, ITC Hotels is working with asset owners to “widen its reach in Tier‑2 and Tier‑3 cities on the back of rising demand for premium hospitality offerings.” During the quarter, new hotels came up in Bodh Gaya, Rishikesh, Siliguri, Sirmaur, Dungarpur, and Jaipur.
The hospitality chain’s asset-right strategy is a mix of owned and managed assets, a model that most legacy Indian hotel chains such as Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) and The Leela are now moving towards.
