Located just 25 miles south of Palm Beach International Airport or a quick Brightline trip from Orlando, Miami, or West Palm Beach, the property is conveniently located in midtown Boca Raton.
It recently underwent a massive facelift that unveiled a refreshed interior with updated guest rooms, a resort-style pool with cabana service and WET by Meat Market, featuring snacks and poolside cocktails from the award-winning steakhouse, Meat Market.
Meat Market is owned by David Tornek, Chef Sean Brasel and Sebastien Tribout and has garnered several awards since its inception. When the hotel renovated, it tapped Meat Market to open Meat Market Boca Raton and WET by Meat Market as well as to fully execute all event catering and corporate meeting catering for the hotel.

Be sure to reserve a poolside VIP cabana for a private shaded area from the sun. The luxury experience includes snacks and nonalcoholic beverages along with access to WET by Meat Market’s menu.
The special cocktail menu for WET features everything from white sangria, a fig old fashioned, watermelon breeze, and tangerine dream. Champagne is also available by the glass or bottle and can be enjoyed at the poolside bar or served directly to your cabana.

Be sure to try some light bites like U-6 shrimp cocktail, grilled kale Caesar, tuna tartare, shrimp tempura roll, and beer-battered chicken fingers.
If you have a sweet tooth, the Key lime pie or Nutella and chocolate stuffed cookie should do the trick.

The stylish restaurant offers a shimmering 10,000-square-foot interior complete with indoor and outdoor dining spaces along with private function rooms.
Mixologists can be seen hard at work during Happy Hour serving up specialty cocktails paired up with bar bites. Try one of their creative cocktails like a Lychee Martini, Rose Spritz, or Bourbon Sour, or share a pitcher of red or white sangria while noshing on tuna tartare nachos, roasted escargot, gouda tater tots, or fresh oysters on the half shell.

Meat Market offers one of the best weekend brunches in the area on Saturdays and Sundays served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Be sure to ask for a seat on their covered patio to enjoy dining alfresco. Start off with one of their “refreshing libations” like an Aperol Spritz, Espresso Martini, Bloody Mary, or a Mimosa with freshly squeezed Florida oranges.
An eye-popping seafood tower was designed for sharing and overflows with a generous sampling of shrimp cocktail, oysters, and stone crab. They also have a nice selection of sushi, including a California Blue Crab Roll, Big Eye Tuna Roll, and an Inside Out King Salmon Roll.
For brunch, choose from hearty sandwiches like Turkey Brie served on toasted brioche, a Cuban Pork Croissant, or Argentinian Empanada. The Beefeater Panini is one of their signature sandwiches and for good reason. Extra tender slices of roast top round Angus arrive on toasted brioche with melted cheddar cheese, grilled onions, and fresh arugula complemented by a tasty tomato horseradish aioli served with a side of crisp golden fries.
If you are craving more breakfast-style entrees, there is a warm cinnamon roll, short ribs and eggs, steak and eggs, chicken sausage hash brown, brioche French toast, and crispy duck and waffle to choose from.

For heartier fare, Meat Market’s signature steaks are also available for brunch. Choose from a six or 12-ounce filet mignon; Linz Prime Reserve Ribeye basted with duck fat and spiced up Cajun seasoning; or an enormous 32-ounce Wagyu beef Tomahawk ribeye, 16-ounce Prime Picanha or Habanero Chimichurri steak. Be sure to pair it up with a side of creamed spinach made even better with the addition of bacon and onions. Other sides include mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, truffled cream corn, or simply prepared grilled asparagus.
If you requested a late check out at the hotel, you can retreat back for a quick nap or head out to the pool area for some last-minute relaxation.
Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel is located at 2000 NW 19th Street in Boca Raton, Florida.
