Occupying the top 14 floors of Vattanac Capital Tower, Rosewood Phnom Penh soars over 600 ft above the capital’s central Monivong Boulevard and Freedom Park. Offering unobstructed panoramic views of the city, as well as the Mekong and Tonle Sap Rivers, the hotel is located in the heart of the central business district and provides guests easy access to some of Cambodia’s most historic sites. Featuring 175 rooms and suites, six food and beverage establishments, a fitness center and an indoor lap pool, the hotel is also home to Sense, A Rosewood Spa. The luxury hotel was intentionally located in the city’s most iconic skyscraper, presenting itself as a symbol of the new Cambodia.

Guests enter at street level and are whisked up one of four elevators to the sky lobby on level 35, which is also home to the Living Room, Brasserie Louis, the Patisserie and an ever-changing Art Gallery. Adjacent to the lobby, the Living Room is the perfect place for Afternoon Tea or a light bite in the evening, with floor-to-ceiling views overlooking the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. Through the Patisserie, one enters Brasserie Louis, with its equally impressive views. It is here that an elaborate buffet and à la carte breakfast are served, in addition to lunch and dinner, offering menus of French comfort food and Cambodian favorites. All of Rosewood Phnom Penh’s dining outlets offer fresh ingredients from premium local suppliers, as well as the Hotel’s very own Hydroponic Garden, located on level nine of Vattanac Capital Tower.

Situated on levels 25 to 32, the rooms and suites are designed by BAR Studio. The hotel’s accommodation features 138 rooms, 35 suites and two signature suites, Monivong House and Norodom House, each blending traditional refinement with 21st-century sophistication and offering breathtaking views of the city. Monivong House (on level 32) and Norodom House (on level 31 and seen in the photo attached) is the ultimate urban retreat and comprises an airy sitting room, spacious bedroom with dressing chamber, private study and chic dining room. Guests who book these accommodations enjoy the benefit of a complimentary 30-minute spa treatment, a four-hour Rosewood Signature Remork (tuk-tuk) city tour and four pieces of pressing per day, plus personal butler service.

The Hotel’s six restaurants and lounges serve Cambodian, Chinese, European and Japanese cuisines, attracting a local and international clientele. Those looking for a fast-paced and casual eatery for lunch and dinner can opt for Iza on level 37, an Izakaya-style dining space with sushi and robata-yaki grill. On a cantilevered terrace also on level 37, Sora features Cambodia’s highest sky deck, as well as an indoor bar and Whisky Library, which boasts the widest selection of single malts in the country. Guests can also enjoy semi-private seating areas and even choose from a selection of more than 24 varieties of cigars. At Zhan Liang, conveniently located in basement one of the adjoining Vattanac Mall, the spotlight is on Cantonese, Sichuanese and Northern Chinese cuisines and is home to a beautiful Tea Library offering a selection of 60 premium teas sourced from across the world.

Last, but certainly not least, is Cuts, the Hotel’s premier steak and seafood restaurant which boasts a wine vault; an open dining concept and private dining suites. The hotel’s highest restaurant allows diners to enjoy panoramic views of the Cambodian capital for lunch and dinner, while also seeing their dishes being prepared in Cuts’ open show kitchen. Standout menu items include Chocolate Wagyu and its special Executive Lunch Set, which is refreshed every season.

On level 33, guests can surrender themselves to utter tranquility at Sense, A Rosewood Spa. Featuring treatments and therapies that honor local healing traditions and incorporate advanced, result-oriented ingredients and spa products, the includes seven treatment rooms and the world-class Pedi:Mani:Cure Studio by Bastien Gonzalez. Incorporating carefully selected natural ingredients and techniques, their signature treatments build upon Khmer traditional medicine which focuses on four forms of therapy: spiritual offerings; maintaining a balance of hot-cold in the body; dermabrasion and herbal medicines. Two of its most requested treatments include the healing Khmer Herbal Poultice Massage and the Chol Mlob Traditional Skin Cleanse.

Rosewood Phnom Penh is also home to five residential-style meeting spaces. Located at the top of one of the tallest towers in Cambodia and bathed in natural light, the hotel’s distinctive gathering places impart both grace and prestige to any occasion.
