Culture, Events

The BIG APPLE CIRCUS is coming to town and is welcoming Europe’s beloved Circus-Theater Roncalli for a once in a lifetime collaboration. Celebrate The Big Apple Circus’ 46th year and an all new show “Journey To The Rainbow.” You can see the circus extravaganza under the Big Top at Lincoln Center next to the Metropolitan opera beginning November 8, for eight weeks only.

Some of the featured acts include: Geoffrey Berhault who began practicing circus acts as a child with his parents. He has a background in acrobatics, dance and acting, and chose the tight rope. Paola Casanova aka Carillon is a trained car designer from Italy. Ever since seeing Fellinis films, he absolutely loves clowns. Andrey Romanovsky hailing from the Ukraine resembles a living puppet. His incredible body control and breathtaking mobility are his tools. Kirichenko, five exceptional athletes, who are all championship winners, and have toured the world as individual performers. Their act is a combination of strength and one of intensive balance. These talents only touch the surface of what to expect this year under the Big Top.

The Big Apple Circus producers Arny Granat and Michael Colh are looking forward to the 2023 holiday season under the big top at Lincoln Center. Dive into a world of magic, laughter, acrobatics, unforgettable performances, and life-changing moments.
