Just ahead of Earth month, Toronto-based beauty brand, Everist, has partnered with software platform Bluebird Climate. Since Everist is focused on the creation of sustainable hair and body concentrates, this partnership seeks to track how these concentrates compare to standard water-filled haircare products. As it turns out, the Everist shampoo concentrate produces up to 77% less carbon emissions and 62% less waste than your average plastic-packaged shampoo. This is due to the product’s concentrated size, fully recyclable aluminum packaging, and plant-based formulation. What’s more, the brand now makes their concentrate tubes with 100%. post-consumer recycled (or post-industrial recycled) aluminum and has a new plastic-free aluminum tin format for its scoopable products. To learn more about this exciting partnership, head to the Everist site starting on April 1st.
