The centrally located Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa offers a luxury escape for visitors looking to experience Honolulu on the island of Oahu.

Located on the grounds of Hawaiian royalty, this was once the site of their historic summer homes. The resort honors its past by creating a multitude of indoor and outdoor spaces for guests to “gather in joy and hospitality” in keeping with the Queen’s philosophy of Hawaiian hospitality.

The recent $80 million dollar renovation of the resort includes a spectacular one-acre pool deck, above Waikiki Beach offering 180-views of the ocean. It’s one of the largest entertainment decks on the island, with two heated swimming pools and jetted hot whirlpools. One pool is ideal for families, while the other is designated for guests 18+ years old.

The 1,310 refreshed guest rooms and suites, each have a private balcony and Marriott’s Revive Bedding Collection. The cool blue tones and white ship lap-painted wood walls create a casual luxe classic Hawaiian home feel.

Happy Hour is twice a day at Queensbreak Waikiki, voted 2022 Best New Restaurant and New Outdoor Dining by Honolulu Magazines. It’s first come, first serve from 1 to 2 p.m., and 5 to 6 p.m.

Other dining options at the resort include Kuhio Beach Grill, d.k Steak House, Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar, and Arancino di Mare. There are two Starbucks, one in the Kealohilani Tower and the other in the Paoakalani Tower.
