Landing on Dancing Dead Records, Estonia’s very own Cartoon have done it again with “I’m Not Alright,” enlisting help from none other than the talented Bedwetters. Bringing together a number of different genres and styles, “I’m Not Alright” makes up for a perfect showcase of Cartoons’ colorful style. Starting off with lively production and rock-leaning vocals, “I’m Not Alright” draws listeners into a vibrant world, before exploding into a festival-ready drop that is bound to impress.

“This track is a mixture of pop, indie, punk, rock, metal and psy-trance. The lyrics are about depression, trying to cope with it and the mental struggle that comes along with it. We don’t have depression anymore (thank god), but we’ve all been down in the dirt with it at one point. We’ve never written about this so openly and felt that this topic deserves a song of its own. Who knows, maybe it’ll help someone,” explain Cartoon about the song.

A massively talented production, songwriting and artist trio from Estonia, Cartoon have been taking over dance music for over 7 years now. Their NCS single “On & On” has amassed more than 275 million streams just on Spotify since its release back in 2015, leading to a lot more success over the coming years. Cartoon pride themselves in combining classic drum & bass, stadium EDM and pop.
