Sam Fender has announced details of three absolutely massive UK stadium shows for next summer – and if you’re an O2 or Virgin Media broadband customer, you can get Priority Tickets right now ahead of general release.

Fender is due to hit the road early next month for a run of ‘People Watching’ UK arena shows – and next March, he’s set to tour mainland Europe. Last week, it was confirmed that he’ll return to the UK for a stadium run.

Kicking off with his biggest ever headline show at London Stadium on June 6, Fender will also play Newcastle’s St. James’ Park on June 12, 14 and 15. He previously played homecoming gigs at the 52,000-capacity venue in 2023 and these new dates will see Fender break the record for most headline shows at St James’ Park, an honour previously held by The Rolling Stones.

Sam Fender plays:

JUNE 2025
6 – London Stadium, London
12 – St. James’ Park, Newcastle
14 – St. James’ Park, Newcastle
15 – St. James’ Park, Newcastle

CMAT will support Fender at all three dates and The War On Drugs will perform June 6, 14 and 15. Tickets go on general sale this Friday (November 29) at 9.30am but Priority Tickets for Sam Fender’s ‘People Watching’ stadium tour are available now here.

Fender recently confirmed details of his third studio album. The follow-up to 2021’s ‘Seventeen Going Under’ is due for release February 21 while the title track ‘People Watching’ was shared earlier this month. A press release said the record will provide “colourful stories and observations of everyday characters living their everyday, but often extraordinary, lives.”

“If I try and force myself to write stadium songs, we could end up fucking it I think,” Fender said about the new record to NME back in 2022. “Instead, I want to write about the stories that I have and the place that I’m mentally at in my life at this point. And I’ve had a lot to write about.”
