The Gavin Rossdale-fronted band are due to perform at the 1,000-capacity New Century Hall next Saturday (November 9).

In a statement, Rossdale said: “We are so excited to bring the greatest hits tour to Manchester first ahead of a European run later next year. New Century Hall is a legendary venue. We can’t wait to celebrate with MTV.”

A select number of tickets to the exclusive show will be available via a link shared with Bush fans at 12pm GMT today (October 30). Those interested in attending are advised to keep an eye on the group’s Instagram and Twitter accounts.

Tickets are limited to 500, and will be priced at £15 (including fees). Check out the announcement post below.

Per an official description, MTV World Stage is a “global series that showcases the hottest performers from around the world”.

It adds: “Recorded live at the most exclusive gigs, world-renowned music festivals and unique concert locations, MTV World Stage is the front-row seat for music lovers to experience the biggest artists on the globe without leaving the comfort of their sofas.”

The small Bush gig will take place the day before the 2024 MTV EMAs – which are set to be held at the Co-op Live in Manchester on Sunday November 10. See the full list of nominations here.

Rossdale is scheduled to take to the stage at the ceremony as a presenter, along with actors Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Jodie Turner-Smith and Lucien Laviscount. Performers on the night will include RAYE, Shawn Mendes and Benson Boone.

Last year saw Bush release their career-spanning compilation, ‘Loaded: The Greatest Hits 1994-2023’. They embarked on a North American tour earlier this year in support of the album. The band recently announced a run of winter dates for 2024/2025.

Fans can watch the 2024 MTV EMAs on MTV UK, Channel 5 and Pluto TV. Alternatively, viewers can stream the event on-demand via Paramount+ from November 12.
