With the change of the seasons comes some epic sales. Two such sales are happening over at Gap and Banana Republic right now and there is an endless selection of standout pieces. Now until September 11, you can get 30% off or 40% off 4 or more select items at Gap, not to mention all ongoing deals in their highly-discounted sale section. At Banana Republic, sale styles are now up to 40% off. Both retailers are known for their timeless yet of-the-moment pieces and I am having a hard time narrowing down my favorites.

What I kept my eye out for while shopping both sales, was any piece that gave off fashion-person vibes.
