Hop on one of the free water taxis or shuttles to other Universal hotels and parks or follow the walking path straight to Universal Volcano Bay. The short boat ride scenic cruise delivers guests to two fun-filled theme parks, Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, plus the lively Universal CityWalk’s entertainment complex. Taking the boat over to this area eases guests worry and hassle about driving over and paying for parking.

During the summer when the sun is hot, this boat ride is a welcome respite, instead of walking on the paved pathway to the theme parks.

Guests can dine and shop using room key charging privileges across the resort. For those who don’t want to carry purchases around all day long, there is a complimentary merchandise delivery service from the shops to the hotel.
