Thomas Xavier’s ‘Pharaoh’s Alchemist’ EP Is A Rush of Bass House Goodness

Music

Thomas Xavier is one of the catalysts of the rapidly building bass house scene in the Midwest US. In the last 18 months alone Xavier has played direct support for over 30+ nationally touring house acts including Ghastly, Nostalgix & Moksi, SNBRN, and has curated 6 Pharaoh’s Chamber events for his imprint, Pharaoh Phonix.

Speaking of Pharaoh Phonix, he only launched it back in in January of 2022 and since then, the label has signed 20 artists & released 53 songs achieved 3,000,000+ streams, and over 3000 downloads.

It’s an impressive resume, which is why we were excited to see he recently released a blistering 14 track album ‘Pharaoh’s Alchemist’. Yet again, Xavier shows just how proficient of an artist he truly is, effortlessly traversing the G house, bass house, and trap/hip hop genres to deliver a genre-bending album that’s completely unique to him. A few standout tracks include “T-Rex”, which packs quite the punch with growling, prehistoric synths while “Like This” is a peak time tech house heater that will light up any club.
