Last night in New York City, GQ celebrated the launch of its Web3 community by opening the doors to a new kind of party: one where members of GQ3 were invited to mingle alongside GQ editors, Web3 thought leaders, and a VIP guest list. The whole crew raised a glass to the exciting and forward-thinking artists who created pieces for GQ’s first-ever offering of digital art, the GQ Issue 001: Change Is Good collection.
Hosted by GQ global editorial director Will Welch and presented by Moonpay, Web3 notables like Gmoney and Betty from Deadfellaz rubbed shoulders with GQ3 artists, stylish community members, and a downtown crowd of models, photographers and designers, all at Noho hotspot Jac’s on Bond.
Guests spun around the dance floor to tunes by DJ Eddie Stats, sipped on themed cocktails like The GM Manhattan, claimed the party POAP, scored merch emblazoned with art from the first GQ3 drop, and snapped selfies with other community members while meeting IRL for the first time.
Check out the highlights from this first-of-its-kind event below — and continue the conversation by sharing your own photos in the GQ Discord.
