As they say, Paris is always a good idea.

With the temperatures rising and the snow melting, it’s safe to say it’s starting to feel like spring — well, almost. Until we get there entirely, the street style seen at Paris Fashion Week 2022 has us plotting a seasonal wardrobe refresh.

On the runways, big-shoulder suiting, unconventional leather, boudoir dressing, sky high platforms and yeti couture were all the rage for fall. But on the streets of the City of Lights, guests welcomed warmer weather with colour-blocking, micro-mini skirts and ’90s skirt suits.

Following in the footsteps of Milan, London, New York and Copenhagen, Paris saw both minimalist and maximalist looks on and off the runway — from harnesses on basic white shirts to silk trench coats and hijabi street style ‘fits to die for.

As we prepare to say au revoir to a month of fashion, relish in the magic of the season one last time with our round-up of the best street style Paris Fashion Week Fall 2022 had to offer.
