Toronto’s Caudalie flagship store now offers at-home deliveries
With non-essential businesses once again forced to shutter their doors as of last month in Toronto and surrounding areas to help slow down the second wave of COVID-19, French skincare brand Caudalie has responded by offering a personal delivery service from its Toronto flagship store. Local Caudalie lovers in the city can now call or email the Caudalie Hazelton House located in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood and place their skincare orders for home delivery within 72 hours between Tuesdays and Saturdays, an initiative to help customers beat longer online delivery times. To arrange for your own at-home delivery, contact the boutique at hazelton@caudalie-usa.com.
Canadian vegan beauty brand Luna Nectar announces partnership with One Tree Planted
For the month of December, Luna Nectar, a local green beauty player who made waves on the green beauty scene with its all-natural lash and brow enhancing serum, has committed to assisting One Tree Planted, a non-profit focused on reforestation, with its Orca Project in the Pacific Northwest. For every bottle of Luna Nectar’s Atmosphere Hair Density Serum sold ($45) — a lightweight hair elixir that promises thicker, more manageable hair — the brand will plant a tree along the banks of rivers found in the famous geographic region that stretches from California to British Columbia. One Tree Planted’s restoring effort aids in reducing water contamination and toxicity to protect the spawning grounds of salmon in the area, which is the orca’s main food source.
