After losing their parents in a car accident, Ryan (Lyons) must raise his rebellious teenage sister, Zoe (Netty leach). One night, Zoe sneaks out to a party and is abducted by a charming older boy who intends to sell her to the cartel for human trafficking. Now, Ryan and his best friend have just hours to track them down and save her before she is sold and dragged across the Mexican border, never to be seen again.
The movie also stars Netty Leach (Nashville), Golden Globe nominee Tom Sizemore (Witness Protection), Neal McCoy (Runnin’ from My Roots), Glenn Morshower (The Resident), Jason Peter Kennedy (Rose-Colored), and Swayde McCoy (No Man’s Land). Lyons wrote the screenplay and executive produces along with Loomis, McCoy, and Chris Routhe, with Katie Schmidt producing.

The Runners will be available on July 14 on DVD and Digital from Uncork’d Entertainment.
