Music

Thomas Xavier-founded label Pharoah Phonix has proved as being a force to be reckoned with, releasing some of the boldest and thunderous sounding house music of today. Now, they are releasing their first ever compilation album ‘Pharaoh’s Gold Vol 1,’  featuring 5 artists across 5 tracks, showcasing a diverse lineup of rising talent covering a wide spectrum of house genres, guaranteed to kick off your weekend in perfect style.

Thomas Xavier’s “I’m A Boss” starts things off with a bang, as massive bass sounds cut through the forefront backed by a driving four on the floor beat. “Say You Got Me“, a collaboration between black a.m. and Thomas Xavier follows, bringing things over into the tech house spectrum. It encompasses an infectious groove that gives it the feeling of something that would go off in a Chris Lake set.

Chomper delivers a sizzling single, “Up All Night,” oozing with upbeat energy and feisty personality. St.Sinny’s “H.E.R.” adds even more depth to the compilation, featuring trippy effects, hypnotic vocals and punchy mixing/mastering really make this track stand out.

Thomas Xavier & ELEVATD wrap up the album with “P&B“, an electrifying G-House rendition of a classic hip-hop sample. “P&B” isn’t for the faint of heart in the least, showering well-designed intensity with a thick house drum kit and elongated rhythm effects that shoot adrenaline throughout the body.
