Mark Hamill Thanks Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni For His Mandalorian Cameo

After The Rise of Skywalker, no one expected Mark Hamill to reprise his role as Luke Skywalker again. Regardless, The Mandalorian season 2 finale brought Hamill back to Star Wars in a big way. Thanks to the magic of CGI, young Luke saved the day and took custody of Grogu. It also gave fans a rare chance to see Jedi Master Luke in his prime, as he tore through Dark Troopers on his way to the bridge.

Hamill has taken to Twitter to share a message of gratitude to Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni, two of the key creative forces behind the show (via SuperHeroHype).
